central location extra coffee clean room
The location was very really good (it was so central!). The staff gave extra coffee when needed. The rooms were comfortable, and i found everything clean.
The rooms looked a little bigger in the pictures.

lack of light dirty jets
I was seriously annoyed. our suite spa bath faced an internal courtyard. it had zero natural light. it seemed like a dungeon!!! also, the spa bath jets spewed out black gunk on the first use. this required immediate cleaning. i didn't even get an apology for this problem. I'm just not happy with this experience.

Acceptable Stay Near Piazza Navona
convenient location rooftop area short walk small bathroom difficult parking missing shelf
The location was very convenient to many attractions. Piazza Navona was a short walk from the hotel. The rooftop area offered a nice view and space to relax in the evening.
The room I stayed in looked different from the pictures online. The bathroom was small and lacked a shelf for toiletries. Finding parking in the area was difficult due to the limited traffic zone.

fantastic stay!
helpful staff amazing views central location
the staff helped me with my luggage after i arrived. the rooftop bar provided amazing views. the central location made it easy to walk to many sites. the suite spa bath really made it special, offering extra relaxation after exploring.
The lift was occasionally slow. It was only a minor inconvenience.
